Graphics Submission Recommendations

When submitting any kind of graphic files it is important to follow the guidelines below to ensure the highest visual quality advertisement.  If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, please call or email us.
 
Any pre-created advertisement or digital image may be used; however it must be resized for the poster.  We will resize images as part of our graphic services.  Please submit the highest quality and largest format available.  Of course, we will work with what there is available and can also give advice for the best alternatives.  Submissions can be in either Microsoft Windows or Macintosh format.
 
We have many pre-designed images that can be used to create your ad.

Program Formats
Insufficient Formats
  • Standard picture formats include:  JPG, TIFF
  • Standard program formats include: 
    • PSD - Photoshop File Format (Please do not merge layers)
    • EPS - Encapsulated PostScript
    • PDF - Adobe Acrobat File Format
  • High resolution digital photos:  Minimum resolution of 300 DPI
  • Printed photos: 
    • Minimum size of 4 x 6 inches (10.16 x 15.24 centimeters
    • Maximum size of 8 x 10 inches (20.32 x 25.4 centimeters)
  • Computer printouts
  • Facsimiles
  • Newspaper or magazine articles
  • Images imbedded in a word processor document
  • External proprietary, trademarked, copy written images or text

GPS Enabled
 
All advertisers will be able to access, via the
Internet, the current position of the ad truck
and where it has been, updating every few
minutes.
